1. Scope of application
This is the privacy policy of Tecno Office Consult GmbH.
2. Purpose of data processing
Tecno Office Consult GmbH processes the personal data of applicants, employees, partners and suppliers for the purpose of performing its business activities and complying with related legal and contractual requirements.
2.1 Processing of client and supplier data
Tecno Office Consult GmbH stores and processes personal data provided by interested parties, suppliers and clients for the purpose of preparing offers and processing orders (planning documents), as well as complying with related contractual and legal obligations. Data are also forwarded to authorities and public bodies in compliance with legal obligations.
2.2 Applicants
We electronically process contact data and application documents submitted in the course of an application for the purpose of selecting candidates suitable for employment.
In the event of rejection, application documents will only be kept on file if you agree with this.
Unsolicited applications are sent to partner companies on an ongoing basis for the purpose of selecting a suitable candidate for employment on grounds of legitimate interest. Applicants who do not agree with this are requested to send a letter of withdrawal to boljevic@tecno.at or Stojanovic@tecno.at. at their convenience.
2.3 Website and cookies
2.3.1 IP address
Information including browser and operating system used, which page forwarded you to our website, IP address and the time of access is automatically stored on a web server when you visit our website. Such data are pseudonymised from the perspective of Tecno Office Consult GmbH and cannot be assigned to a specific person without additional data sources.
Tecno Office Consult GmbH analyses such data if the use of the website is not unlawful.
2.4 Newsletter
Newsletters can be downloaded from our website at www.tecno.at. We do not send out newsletters (neither by email nor post).
3. Principles relating to processing of personal data
Personal data are processed on the basis of strict principles, which give absolute priority to the protection and security of data, as well as to the rights of the data subject.
3.1 Lawfulness and transparency
The data are processed in a lawful and fair manner. The data subject will be informed of the planned processing and handling of the data when the data are collected. Data subjects are informed about the following points, at least:
- the data controller
- purpose of data processing
- the legal basis for processing

3.2 Purpose limitation
The data are collected and processed for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes. The data will not be processed in a manner that is incompatible with these purposes.
3.3 Data minimisation
Only those data that are absolutely necessary for the purposes stated are collected and processed. Only personal data that have been rendered anonymous will be processed if the purpose can be achieved and this does not involve a disproportionate effort.
3.4 Storage limitation and erasure
Personal data will be erased from the moment the original purpose of collection no longer applies and erasure is not precluded by legal retention periods.
If there are compelling legitimate interests in the data in specific cases, then retention shall continue until the compelling legitimate interest has been legally clarified.
3.5 Data security
Personal data are subject to data secrecy. The data must be treated confidentially and protected by appropriate organisational and technical measures against unauthorised access, unlawful manipulation or disclosure and loss or destruction.
3.6 Accuracy
Personal data must be kept accurate, complete and up to date. Appropriate measures are taken to correct outdated, incorrect or incomplete data.
4. Obligation of data secrecy
All employees of Tecno Office Consult GmbH are contractually bound to secrecy. Moreover, they are regularly advised and trained in the secure handling of personal and other critical data.
5. Data security
The protection of confidentiality, availability and integrity of data is a key responsibility of Tecno Office Consult GmbH. This applies equally to trade secrets, client data, personal data and other critical international data. To this end, state-of-the-art technical and organisational security measures which are based on internationally recognised best practices and safety standards are established and continuously enhanced.
6. Data protection officer
Tecno Office Consult GmbH is not required to appoint a data protection officer since Article 37(1) GDPR [EU’s General Data Protection Regulation] does not apply. In view of the importance of data protection, Tecno Office Consult GmbH has appointed a data protection coordinator on a voluntary basis. The latter deals with data protection issues within the Group and is available as a point of contact to data subjects and the data protection authority.

7. Rights of the data subject
Any data subject whose personal data are processed by Tecno Office Consult GmbH may obtain information on their rights at any time by sending an email to office@tecno.at or Stojanovic@tecno.at.
7.1. Information
Data subjects may request information on which personal data concerning them are processed and what the purpose is of this processing at any time.
7.2 Rectification
Data subjects have the right to request the immediate rectification of their personal data.
7.3 Restriction
Data subjects have the right to restriction of processing if the accuracy of their data is contested, if the processing is irregular, if the data are no longer required for the processing or if they have objected to the processing.
7.4 Withdrawal
Data subjects have the right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time.
7.5 Portability
Data subjects have the right to receive personal data they have provided to Tecno Office Consult GmbH in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. They also have the right to request the transmission of those data to another controller if technically feasible. The portability applies only to personal data processed by automated means.
7.6 Erasure and right to be forgotten
Data subjects have the right to request the immediate erasure of personal data concerning them if the legal basis for processing the data is absent or no longer applicable, if the data processing is opposed or if the data processing is unlawful and no statutory retention periods preclude erasure. The priority of data security is also absolute with regard to the rights of the data subject, which is why the assertion of a data subject’s rights is only possible after the data subject has been identified beyond doubt. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority at any time.
8. Data transfers
Personal data will only be transferred to recipients outside the company or in EU third countries in accordance with the applicable laws and on a lawful basis, as well as in compliance with the highest level of confidentiality and data security. With regard to data processing, Tecno Office Consult GmbH engages various processors. All processors are contractually bound by a processor agreement to comply with the legally applicable data protection regulations.
9. Continuous control and improvement
The continuous improvement of quality and processes is extremely important to Tecno Office Consult GmbH. Compliance with data protection guidelines and applicable legislation, as well as the effectiveness of data protection and data security measures are continuously assessed and improved upon so as to ensure that data protection measures are executed in the best possible manner.
